We’re Courtney and Nick, a Pittsburgh-based couple who plan trips around limited PTO, a dog at home, and full-time jobs. Passport Partners helps couples figure out how to actually afford travel, with honest budget breakdowns, real couple dynamics, and the occasional travel mishap that reminds everyone none of us have it all figured out.
If you’re a brand, destination, or tourism partner looking to reach engaged couples who travel intentionally, we’d love to hear from you.
The Passport Partners audience

What we offer
We’re open to most types of brand work. Every partnership is priced individually based on scope, exclusivity, and deliverables — reach out and we’ll build a package that works.
Content and social

- Sponsored TikTok content — short-form vertical video tailored to the platform, not repurposed from IG
- Dedicated blog posts — SEO-optimized long-form content (1,500-2,500 words) that earns traffic over time, not just launch week
- Pinterest pin campaigns — for partners with evergreen appeal
- Newsletter features — for partners whose audience overlaps with our subscribers
Hosted trips and destination partnerships
- Hosted stays and press trips — for hotels, resorts, destinations, and tourism boards
- Multi-platform trip coverage — combined package of Reels, Stories, TikTok content, dedicated blog post, and Pinterest pins from a single trip
- Destination marketing partnerships — longer-term campaigns with tourism boards and DMOs
UGC and branded content production
- UGC (user-generated content) — photo and video content produced for your channels, not ours.
- Branded photography — product, lifestyle, and travel photography for brand use
- Licensed photography — existing images from our archive available for licensing
Longer-term collaborations
- Brand ambassadorships — ongoing, multi-month partnerships
- Custom affiliate programs — beyond our existing networks, for brands wanting deeper integration
- Speaking and podcast appearances — travel, couples content, creator business
Brands we’ve worked with
Our promise to partners (and to readers)
The reason brands reach out to us is the same reason our audience trusts us: we’re honest. Here’s what that means in practice.
We only write about what we’ve experienced. If a brand wants coverage of a hotel we haven’t stayed in or a product we haven’t used, the collaboration starts with us actually experiencing it. No speculation, no fluff.
We don’t accept payment for guaranteed positive reviews. We’ll always share our honest take. If we didn’t love something, we’ll tell you privately before publishing and we’ll work with you to either reshape the angle, highlight what did work, or mutually decide the collaboration isn’t the right fit.
We disclose every partnership clearly. Sponsored content is labeled at the top of the post or caption. Gifted stays and hosted trips are disclosed. Affiliate links are marked. This protects your brand too. Readers trust disclosed recommendations more than ones they suspect are hidden ads.
We retain editorial control. We’re happy to incorporate brand messaging, key product features, and specific talking points. We’re not able to accept partnerships requiring word-for-word script approval or pre-publication veto, that’s advertising, not content, and our audience sees the difference immediately.
Our content is human and experience-based. We go to the places, we form our own opinions, and we write about what we’ve actually done. We use AI tools the way most writers use an editor to refine drafts, catch typos, brainstorm headlines, and strengthen SEO, but the experiences, recommendations, and voice are ours. We don’t publish AI-generated destination guides, fake reviews, or first-person narratives about trips we didn’t take. If you’re partnering with us, you’re partnering with two real people who actually went somewhere or used a product and actually have something to say about it.
We deliver on time, so if we agree to a timeline, we hit it and if something changes on our end, we communicate early and often.
How working with us works
A typical collaboration looks like this:
1. You reach out
Tell us about your brand, what you’re looking for, and any specifics you already have in mind (timing, budget, deliverables, campaign goals).
2. We talk
If there’s a fit, we hop on a quick call or email thread to nail down scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. We’ll send a proposal that spells everything out.
3. You approve, we create
Once the scope and rate are agreed and an invoice is paid (or deposit received, for larger projects), we start creating. We share drafts for feedback where relevant, incorporate brand messaging, and hit the timeline we promised.
4. Content goes live
We publish on the agreed platforms with proper disclosures, send you the links, and report back on performance at the 7-day and 30-day mark.
Rates and media kit
Every partnership is different, and pricing depends on scope, exclusivity, deliverables, and timeline. Rather than post rate cards that don’t match what you actually need, we build custom proposals. Our full media kit with current audience data, rate ranges by deliverable type, and examples of past work is available here: COMING SOON
Let’s talk
If you’ve made it this far, we’d love to hear from you. Here’s how to reach us:
Email: hello@passportpartnerstravel.com
Subject line: Include your brand name and the type of partnership you’re interested in (e.g., “Visit Pittsburgh — hosted trip inquiry”)
Response time: We aim to reply within 3 business days. For time-sensitive campaigns, note the deadline in your subject line.
What to include in your first email
- Your brand and a quick sentence about what you do
- The type of partnership you’re thinking about (sponsored post, hosted trip, UGC, etc.)
- Rough timing and any hard deadlines
- Budget range, if you have one (this saves us both time)
- Anything specific you love about Passport Partners that made you reach out
That last one isn’t vanity, it helps us write a proposal that actually matches what caught your eye.
Looking forward to traveling somewhere together.
— Courtney & Nick
